H2H   

Construction is under way at H2H for our new building which will be able to house up to 27 canines. The new building will hold runs, bathing and grooming area and a nursery for pups. The building will be fully equipped with Heat and Air conditioning, flat screen tv's for relaxing music and the enjoyment of watching animal planet for the canines.  In addition to the canine building H2H is also building a new office for the volunteers to work and conduct interviews with prospective families.
 

ADOPTION PROCESS

STEP ONE

Call or email to schedule an appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled you will come to H2H and meet with Vince or one of the Volunteers. At this time you will fill out an application. You will have a supervised interaction with the animal that you are interested in.

STEP TWO

After your application has been reviewed, a home visit will be conducted by one of our volunteers.

STEP THREE

The Adoption Takes place once an adoption agreement is signed. Your new family member will be scheduled with an apointment to be altered. After the surgery and they are released from the vet you will be able to pick up your new family member.

A FOLLOW UP HOME VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED WITH IN THE NEXT 30 DAYS AFTER THE ADOPTION TO ENSURE THE WELL BEING OF THE ANIMAL. 

Due to the heavy construction at H2H we are not currently accepting any canines at this time. There is currently a waiting list for canines to come to H2H. If you would like to be placed on our waiting list please email us a digital photo, name and age of the canine.

All animals must be current on all vacinations and parvo negative (for canine) prior to arrival at H2H to avoid a relinquish fee. All fees go to vet costs.  The average costs of each animal to be vacinated with a complete physical is between $75.00 and $95.00 dollars per canine.

At this time we have a standard adoption fee of $25.00 for canines. However Keep in mind that it costs money for food, water, and power, fuel for home visits, Web site and administration costs.  Please keep this in mind when you adopt.
